The flesh is quite firm, melting and juicy with little fibre, orange-yellow, rich, spicy and sweet with a strong pleasant aroma. It is of good to excellent quality. The seed is mono-embryonic mode of reproduction: contains only one embryo and covered by a medium-sized woody stone (7.1% of fruit weight).
